Chimney removal in Scarborough - Top Roof : Top Roof

This project involved a joint chimney shared between two properties in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Neither side of the chimney was in use, so the solution was to remove the full chimney stack.

The chimney needed to be taken down because of structural problems, including perished mortar and crumbling bricks, leading to water ingress, which was making both properties damp and riddled with mould.

Tom and the Top Roof team did a great job of removing the chimney. Great price, great work, and completed on time. All the lads were courteous and very tidy.
