House Re-Roof Lincoln | Top Roof Contractors

Roof inspection & honest advice

This house re-roof in Lincoln involved the removal of all existing roof and ridge tiles, along with the old, perished felt and perished wood battens. We then re-felted the roof, including installing a breathable membrane and new treated battens. We also supplied and installed a new bird defence system.

Re-roof completed to a perfect standard

The final step was to install a new dry ridge system and dry verge caps, and put the roof tiles back on, replacing any broken ones where necessary.

Tom and the team came out and inspected my roof. Other roofing companies told me I needed new tiles; however, Top Roofs’ quote made me aware that I did not need new tiles and that it was possible to relay the old ones, as they were in good enough condition and not porous, which was a massive help financially.

Throughout the job, the lads were great, really helpful, understanding, and patient. They completed the work to a perfect standard, and if I ever need more roofing work, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Top Roof. So, if you’re looking for roofing work, big or small, give Tom at Top Roof a call.
